What is it?

An open source series of the “strategy on a page.”

The ideas in this series are provocations to imagine other ways of operating or programming in the cultural sector. They are NOT case studies of success stories, and in fact, require strong operational expertise and insight to work alongside these ideas.

These provocations are free for you to take and adapt for your own work.

Alternatively, you could engage me to work with your leadership or programming team to do some of this imagining within your contexts.
